I'm not sure which service I need. What should I request?
Choose "Not sure yet" in the booking form and describe what you'd like to change. We'll suggest the right service and appointment length when we reply.
Do I need a patch test for colour?
Yes, if you're new to us or it's been a while since your last colour. It only takes a few minutes and needs to be done at least 48 hours before your colour appointment.
What if I'm running late?
Let us know as soon as you can. We'll always try to fit in your full service, but we may need to adjust it so the next client isn't kept waiting.
Is my appointment confirmed when I send the form?
Not yet. The form sends a request. We reply by email with available times, and your visit is booked once you confirm one.
